On Tuesday (16 September), Federal Police officials arrested a 49-year-old Kosovo, which was subject to several warrants during border controls at the checkpoint on the A8 highway.
Officials in question received Kosovo citizens' data from their systems as part of an entry control of border police, broadcasts albinfo.ch. Such a huge outcome was unusual even for the police: He was wanted in five cases.
In January 2023, the Federal Police Inspectorate at Bergeggieıhübel had already imposed a four-year entry ban and attitude towards 49-year-olds after an unauthorized entry. He was later deported back to the Czech Republic, writes Presidential.de. He was given another ban on entry and staying in December 2024 by the Federal Police Inspectorate in Passau due to an unauthorized entry attempt.
This ban was also limited to four years. After this violation was uncovered, it was again deported to the Republic of Kosovo.
Passau's Public Prosecutor's Office had issued an alarm for his whereabouts, since his current registered address was unknown to authorities, thus preventing the continuation of criminal procedures, albinfo.ch sends. Other countries had also issued an alarm throughout the Schengen area for refusing Kosovo's entry.
Due to existing entry bans and residence, 49-year-olds were denied entry into the Federal Republic of Germany. He returned to his country of origin by plane the following day./Periscopi/
