Two years after the armed attack on Zvecan Banjska, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Buxaku lost his life, France has reiterated the call for justice and punishment of the perpetrators of this criminal act.
Through a post, the French Embassy in Kosovo has expressed condolences to Sergeant Bunnjak's family and has stressed the importance of bringing those behind the attack to justice.
Two years after the criminal attack on #Banjska, who took the life of Sergeant Africa Bulnjak, our thoughts are with his family. France continues to demand that the authors of this deadly attack be brought to ##x1>, said in response.
The September 24th 2023 attack, carried out by an armed and organised group, was named by authorities in Kosovo as a terrorist act with state background from Serbia. To date, the alleged top authors, including Milan Radojic, have not been brought to justice.
France joins other Western countries in applying for the full dawn of the case and punishing the responsible, stressing that the failure to punish such crimes violates security and stability in the region.
