The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that it has filed charges against 32 people for damaging financial institutions worth 300 thousand euros.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, the General Department, announces the public opinion that after the completion of the investigation, we have filed charges against thirty-two (32) defendants for criminal acts in co-ordination of cybersystem systems from Article 327 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 77 of KPRK, the counterfeiting of documents, according to Article 390 paragraph 1 of KPRK, and the carrying of criminal acts issued uncharging or counterfeiting credit cards or credit cards, based on 301 of the money. and Article 77 and 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”.
They are accused of damaging four financial banking institutions.
