Ferizaj: Suspect Allegedly Smuggling, Police Attack Arrested

The arrest was carried out by border police from the East Region, a day after the incident in the village of Kachaknik, where the suspect disobeyed police orders, hit the official police car with his vehicle and injured three officials.

460 kg of roasted sunflower seeds

100kg of Brazilian seed

40 kilos of dried pineapple

20 kilos of dried bananas

123.4kg of dried brisnica

According to estimates, goods amount to around 23.794 by 29,877.

A day later, on September 3rd, Border Police have arrested suspect M.S., 46, who has been sent to the detention for 48 hours after the interview, with State Prosecutor's decision.

The case has been named “Attack on official persons”, while smuggling investigations will be conducted by Dogana in co-operation with the Border Investigation Unit.

Police and Dogana have indicated that they remain committed to fighting smuggling and protecting the safety of citizens and officials.
