Ferizaj, September 16th 202550th Constitutional Prosecutorship in Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that around 19:42 last night, in the village of “Balaj”- Ferizaj municipality, a murder case has been reported.
The guardian prosecutor from the Randa Crime Department has emerged at the scene, from there in full co-operation with the police of the relevant entities, have taken investigative action with the aim of lighting up the circumstances of the event.
By the state prosecutor's decision, the initial suspect B.R., has been detained in 48 hours, due to suspicion of criminal activity “Vrasja” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
While the lifeless body of victim (I.R) was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML), in Pristina, for production.
Currently, the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj is working to clear away all the circumstances and motives of this criminal case.
The State Prosecutor, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the suspects, near the competent court.
