A suspect in two bomb attacks, which was one of the FBI's most wanted persons missing for 21 years, will appear in court this week to decide whether to extradite him to the United States to face charges.
The FBI believes Daniel Andreas San Diego is linked to extreme animal rights groups and is the prime suspect in a series of bomb attacks in the Gulf area of San Francisco in 2003.
Former FBI agents have claimed they had missed several opportunities to arrest the 47-year-old before he disappeared and claim they found a “bomb factory” in his California abandoned car.
San Diego was found last year, 8,000km away, in a cottage north of Wales.
San Diego, for which a $250,000 reward was announced, will face a five-day extradition hearing at the London Court beginning Monday to decide whether the United Kingdom will hand it over to the US to face a federal arrest warrant./Periscopi/
