Faithful Osman: Kosovo Field Becomes Part of Green Speakers Alliance

This Forum brings together communities of initiative “Schools with Sun” and marks the first step towards establishing the Alliance of Green Speakers.

Kosovo municipality Chairman Besnik Osmani said this initiative will bring direct benefits to the municipality, which has already installed solar panels in six schools.

I am very happy that, as participants in this network, the Fushe Kosovo municipality has benefited solar panels for our 6 schools. With the signing of today's agreement, we become part of a major initiative that brings serious benefits to the green agenda,” said Osmani.

He added that the Green Speakers' Alliance would serve as a springboard for sustainable co-operation among municipalities, ensuring the active role of local government in the green transition.
