One thousand euros for the fifth child, Buya introduces the program: First priority is the issue of drinking water

For quality education, public health for all, drinking water and sewage treatment, Shukri Buya is aiming to return to the helm of the Lipjan municipality. His return to the leadership of this municipality, according to him, is also the request of former KLA leaders who are being tried in [...]

Buja, who is the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for mayor of Lipjan, considers the race in the 2025 local elections to be won. According to him, 12 years of governance by the current chairman, Imri Ahmeti, have degraded the city”.

“It's a huge urban degradation, it's a failure to develop Lipjan, it's a huge deadlock in all villages, with many consequences that it has for 12 years of this government and actually the insistence of many of my fellow fighters after the war, of people who lead the party, in particular the leadership of the party branch and the centre of the party have made me return as a candidate. And it's one of the orders of fellow fighters suffering in The Hague prisons”, Buya claims.

Buya promises that if she manages to lead Lipjan, over 30% women will be appointed to municipal leadership positions.

However, it is not the legal quota in terms of directors, I have promised that over 30% of directors will be led by women, I have full reasoning because they are much more responsive to leadership, and I believe this will be very easily feasible”, he says.

And the competition for the October 12th local elections race for Lipjani, Boya does not consider it powerful, while believes this municipality will be in the run-off.

“The mayor who has been so far has been 12 years of mandate, and is claiming four years, in reality if we are taken by this example, this would not have to run at all, but despite Mr Ahmeti's claims, he's been tired of citizens with his policy, paved private roads, his members, paved roads with political animations, has employed people with a demand for votes, even today, blackmailing workers who come out in support of the PDK will suffer jobs. He's actually lost his compass, I have full confidence, especially with the support I see Mr. Ahmeti is going to be the one who's going home, the competition I don't see powerful... if we're going to be in a run-off we're probably going to be the first, PDK and candidate The PDK, and in the run-off it is known that we will win the elections. Now for the first round, we have a beautiful coalition and in the second most powerful round”, says Buya.

Buya's main priority if she manages to return to the rule of Lipjan is to digitise education, well-organised health and economic development.

Support for businesses through construction of the new market and support through continued training are some of the goals Booa has for the Pilipians.

We have a clear program in all municipal areas and competencies that we start with education, which will be digital and not only with smart tables but digital journals, we have alternative heating for schools. We have a professional pay practice interconnection, and we also have health that is anarchically unorganized and unorganized in Lipjan that we will organize very well, most of the Family Medicine Centers don't work 24 hours and we have overcrowding at the Main Centre of Family Medicine. We have economic development as the priority of chapter three, industrial zones are three areas that I've declared at the time that I was chairman of functioning those three areas. A part of economic development will also be agricultural development, which is not developed through greenhouses and motorcultivators, but through subvention of projects that develop agriculture“, the candidate declares. PDK for chairman of Lipjan.

Buja is aiming to resolve within the government's mandate the issue of drinking water for villages and cities for Lipjan residents.

The first priority as mayor of the municipality is the question of drinking water. Imagine the year 2025, 15 villages are without a water supply network at all, the town of Lipjan on the fourth and above floors is not water. In Janjevo we're terribly sorry that the Janjevo water issue in Slovenian has never been solved, but there is no water. Five million has been invested in Gadime, but there is no drinking water that the mistake is that the network hasn't changed since 12 years in the village of Gadime Epperme and Low. Also, the sewage, if you go to the Sitnica River, you can't stay that way because all the sewage flows into the Sitnica River and this executive has failed to ensure that a project started in 2010 has been excluded from this project by Lipjan, and the realisation contract has been carried out, and we are out of this project for neglect of the project, and Pristina, Podujevo, Obiljiqi and Fusa-Kosovo, now entered Gracanica and not Lipjan, this contract has been signed, and we are out of this project for neglect of this project, and the executive concern of the body, Buchovich.

Promising the construction of new schools especially in the city, Buya expresses confidence that his government will bring substantial changes in education.

In addition to the process of digitisation, it also warns the launch of a pilot-project for whole day learning, considering this a step towards modernising the educational system.

And this is going to end because our kids are preparing for it, in case we politicise education how our children will prepare in this direction when they're professional and we're taking them because of political definitions... when other municipalities haven't even dreamed of a project like this, that I was mayor of building 5 schools with infrastructure to develop whole day teaching, and those schools are built, we're going to develop a pilot on how this lesson will be developed in the early years to expand and then that's not just in schools and that's just in teaching and learning.

The offering promises 1,000 euros for the fifth and 100-euro monthly support to families caring for disabled elderly.

The “has begun to drop very quickly in Kosovo, in our programme, we have the fifth child to be subsidised by the municipality of 1000 euros, we have families that have people or fixed elders, and we will subvent every family from 100 euros a month so that they can stand by the supervision of these”, he stressed.

Democratic Party of Kosovo candidate Shukri Buja also promises construction of the new bus station in Lipjan.

Buja says that returning to the leadership of this municipality, according to him, is also the request of former UCK leaders who are being tried in The Hague.

The buy, which was part of the Kosovo Liberation Army, considers that the testimony of former US Secretary James Rubin's assistant to the defence of former president Hashim Thaci in The Hague showed that the KLA had no organised but voluntary structure, aimed at freeing Kosovo.

I've been waiting for James Ruby to tell the truth about war, despite the war we've been trying to win the sympathy of the international factor and we've always talked to the soldiers about being careful and not calling us terrorists, and with this commitment we've managed to take advantage of the international factor in our support... [Rubin] It clearly highlighted our structure, which has been voluntary, we have not been a regular army because we have not even been able to organize a regular army, but we have behind the volunteer army which has been by extraordinary means for the release of Kosovo”, he stressed.

The motto of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for Lipjan is “

The electoral campaign for the 12 October local elections began on 13 September and ends on October 12th at 06:59 before the opening of polling stations. /Periscopi/
