The tragic event took place in the Alps area and right on the trail between Theth and Valbonne.
According to reports, the tourist group had not taken a licensed guide and was going along this difficult road when one of them slipped and fell from a very high altitude.
His friends also foreign tourists, shaken by the event, immediately announced emergency services, which immediately went to the scene. Also, because of the situation in the area, a helicopter was sent, reports A2Con, broadcast Periscope.
It was not until the early hours of this morning that a long effort made possible for the removal of the lifeless body from the abyss where the tourist had fallen.
