Bosch, who delivered a speech in Sunday's protest in The Hague in support of Thaci, stressed that the establishment of this court is perceived not as a sincere struggle for justice.
“I have been involved since 2010, and during the war we have done everything most international to bring peace, we have had negotiations in Kosovo even when elections were made in Serbia and we have tried to choose the right way. We already know that Vucic is not our friend in Europe, but of Russia and China”, Bosch said at Euronews Albania.
According to him, Kosovo continues to bear the burden of responsibility for the agreement with Serbia, and stressed that many individuals responsible for crimes of the 1990s today hold important positions in Serbia.
Kosovo is always blamed on the agreement with Serbia. All this court was part of this agreement, we created de facto for Serbs. In a report that I don't believe anyone has read it, there is an important point about crimes allegedly committed by Thaci, it says that all crimes were committed by Serbs, and no Serb is charged by this court.
There are many culprits who hold good positions while being the main criminals in the 1990s. It is not an objective court but is a court to serve Serbia”, former Netherlands Ambassador to Kosovo Robert Bosch added.. /Periscopi/
