Duncan stressed that NATO at the time did not recognise Thaci as the prime minister of the Interim Government.
“NATO could not recognise Hashim Thaci as Kosovo prime minister, it could not accept this. They were not ready to recognise Kosovo as a state and it is certain that they would not recognise Hashim Thaci either as Kosovo leader”, he said during his testimony before former President Thaci's defence broadcasts Klankosova.tv, followed.
