The “Document you introduced me has been to sign by Agim Ceku, has been discussed earlier, and I believe he can clarify that situation why he left the last moment from the signing”, Thaci sounds like saying.
He said that although Ceku's name has been changed with him, he added that the “Commander-General” was not changed.
“But it hasn't changed Commander in Chef. It's been a mess, and everything's fast. Mrs. Albright's assistant secretary, James Rubin”, Thaci said.
