Kosovo's “Albanians have been part of an apartheid during Milosevic's time. They were excluded from government participation and gradually all of this brought about the ethnic cleansing that we've all seen.”
The “were different from Albanians of Albania. In my opinion, they didn't lose the pass on each other. They were connected. I'm speculating. Please understand that it's just my opinion.

Kosovo's “Parting mainly comes from northern Albania; the concept of honour, trust. I don't know how to explain it; blood feud, Kanun was the base of society. It's the way they perceived society”, Duncan said.
