In his testimony, he has talked about his experience with Albanians, about which he singles out their three traits, which he thinks are very source, very creative and independent.
After my experience with Albanians, they are very source, very creative and independent. While the international community did not understand this enterprise or this distinctive character of taking itself into its own hands by Albanians. Albanians were very creative and if they're effective criminals in themselves it's not surprising because it's one of the main features, that's finding a way to express themselves in the most effective way. This is something that we've seen over the years, that Albanians become very good businessman, prominent people in their field.”, Duncan said.
He has also explained that the international community had difficulty understanding those traits.
“There was an assessment far from the truth of Albanians. This could be very helpful if you have to treat people who were just trying to protect themselves”, he said.
He was asked whether he is talking about the Kosovo Albanians or Albania, which he said he was talking about the main features of ethnic Albanians.
“I was describing the main features of ethnic Albanians, it is not necessary here to distinguish between Albanians of Albania or Kosovo”, he added
