Dugolli interviewed by the Special Prosecutor

Dugolli says that during the 1980 ' s, he has been a victim of physical, psychic, and emotional violence from Ajet Istog and that this violence has also affected his health.
“Padia has been set up by a member of the Kosovo Police, Shpend Istog, son of former UDB officer Ajet Istog, known for his severe torture of young, intellectuals and Albanian workers during the years ♫8018x1>, Dugolli wrote.
He has added that for family members who file lawsuits, he has not sought to protect the crimes of their relatives but to show some dignity, even in the form of silence.
I have nothing to draw from what I've declared. On the contrary, I have made public charges and will continue to do them. I expected to be interviewed as a victim and a witness of the serious crimes committed against political prisoners... I've never expected to interview for such claims...” wrote Dugolli.
In the past, Dugolli has mentioned the names of several Albanians who, according to him, worked for UDB and they have been through torture. Among the names he mentioned are: Arees Istog, Isa Bulnjak, Lutfi Ajazi, Hammez Hajra and Tahir Shala.
