The certificate of the voter's list for local elections for mayors and municipal assemblies was made, which will be held on October 12, 2025.
According to the CEC Certificate list, the number of citizens is 2,069,098.
2,025,105 of them are registered within Kosovo, while 43,933 are abroad.
Of this total, 1,033,784 are men and 1,005,314 women.
To ensure a fair process, the CEC has indicated that 910 regular polling stations will be opened, with a total of 2,571 seats.
In addition, 38 conditional polling stations will operate, with 54 locations, Telegraphy reports, the Periscope broadcast.
This distribution aims to ensure that every citizen rightly has access as easy as possible to his polling centre.

Communities With More and Less Votes
From data published by the CEC, municipalities with the largest number of voters are:
Pristina 224,053 voters
Prizreni 191,752 voters
Ferizaj 125,865 voters
I bloody 124,909 voters
Peja 122,909 voters
While smaller municipalities, with the lowest number of voters, are:
Partesh 4,738 voters
Ranillug 4,836 voters
Kllokoti 4,232 voters
Novoberda é 10,329 voters
Zubin Potok 6,877 voters
Some of the municipalities with the highlighted number of voters are:
Gjilani 109,920 voters.
Mitrovica é 85,893 voters.
Suhareka 73,095 voters.
Rahoveci 61,475 voters.
Malisheva 58,451 voters.
Glogoci (Drenasi) has registered 58,015 voters.
At the next point of the agenda, The CEC made the decision to approve content and document design for each municipality for local elections 2025.
