Deals personal photos and data, three indictees of “Albkings” sentenced to only 7 thousand euros in fines

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared a punishment act through which accused Arjan Tahiraj, Besart Ramabaja, Veton Alshiqi were found guilty of the case known as “Albkings” and sentenced to 7 thousand euros in fines (both). The announcement of the trial was made Monday by the judge, Dafian Gashi, reports “Justice Vow”.
Tahiraj was sentenced to a fine of 2,000 euros, while Ramabaja and Alsic were sentenced to two thousand euros in fines.
The judge announced that the accused, if not to pay the fine sentence, was replaced by prison, where one day a day in prison accounts for 20 euros.
Gashi announced that the damaged side is directed to implement the property-juridic requirement in regular judicial-civil procedure.
The accused were found guilty of the criminal offence of “rowing”, where Tahiraj and Ramabaja had previously reached plea agreement with Pristina, while Alsic has pleaded guilty to the Court.
Presented in the declaration of the indictment were none of the accused, as well as none from the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina.
We remember that former administration of “Albkings”, Edin Navzadi, had been arrested on April 17th 2024, under suspicion of having committed criminal work “ID and credentials”. He was released from custody in October 2024.
In the Prosecutor's File, provided by “Justice Trust“, it was said that there is a suspicion that in the continuation of November 2023 through February 12th 2024 in Obilic and other Kosovo cities, in quality of one of the group's “Albkings” on the Telegram app and acting in co-ordination with persons NN yet unidentified, Navzad has offered and distributed to third persons without access to photos and videos of the AA victim, and the BB's phone number, as if the same offers sexual services. /Periscope/
