Crime in Shkodra, that's who Ragip Gila was contracted

Ragip Gila, the main suspect in the two-killed massacre and two wounded in Shkodra, allegedly acted on behalf of a criminal group, aimed at eliminating Erogen Vaso Brajovic. Police are following up on other bases in Shkodra, while sequentised weapons have been sent to the criminal laboratory to determine whether they were used in criminal events.
