Court Leaves Former Albanian President in Cellage

Meta has rejected the JKKO First Scale decision, which gave rise to prison arrest, with the argument that his position is heavy and there is the danger of undermining evidence or investigation of witnesses.
In the complaint handed down to the Appeals, Meta and his lawyers name this unjustified decision, arguing that the investigations are already complete and witnesses have given their statements.
