Constitutional Decision Responds to Serbian List

The Serbian list on Tuesday has welcomed the Constitutional Court's decision, which ruled that the Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session has not ended without the Serbian community's election of deputy leader.

According to them, the Constitution has found that the Vetevendosje Movement has acted contrary to the Constitution by attempting “that once again removes what is defined as the constitutional right of the Serbian people within the UN”.

This is a small but extremely important victory of the Serbian people, along with many other regime decisions from Pristina, which by violating all rules has violated the collective and individual rights of our people”, has claimed the Serbian List.

Since the Constitution has not yet published the verdict fully, the Serbian List said that at this stage it is reserved for additional comments.
