Constitutional Court Has Received Decision for setting the provisional measure for banning any action by elected Kosovo Parliament deputies after the complaint by List Srpska.
“CAKTOY ex officio and under the request of the pre-conservators the temporary measure under which every act of elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as any procedure for forming the Government;”, is said in its decision.
The court has ordered the provisional move to effect on September 5, 2025, in length until September 30th, 2025.
