The constitutional court has not yet made a decision regarding the request of the Serbian List about the form of electing the deputy heads of the Parliament from among the non-most communities.
Constitutional Court Secretary-General Veton Dula said this request is under consideration.
The court is considering the request of the Serbian List. All interest parties and public opinion” will be announced in time for the Court's decision-making, Dula told RTV21.
On September 30th, the provisional provision of the Court ends, which prohibits any action by MPs and any procedure for forming the new government.
