The Constitution suspended any decision, Kurti lynches judges as former Serbian List employee

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on Friday 5 September has ruled on the appointment of the interim move to prevent any action by elected Kosovo Parliament deputies following the Serbian List's complaint. Although Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha has closed the constitutional session as finalised, the Constitution has decided [...]
“CAKTOY ex officio and, under the request of the pre-conservators, the temporary measure under which every act of elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament is prohibited, as well as any procedure for forming the government;”, is said in its decision that went into effect on September 5, 2025, in length until September 30th, 2025.
At the meeting of the Vetevendosje Movement General Council, where it was nominated for prime minister, Albin Kurti, has been reluctant to file charges against the Constitutional Court for his decision following the Serbian List's complaint.
A year and eight months and 13 days that don't make a decision for the Sevran Fund. It is also hindering the advancement of higher education in Kosovo in failing to make the statute decision for the University of Pristina, a year and a month and 20 days today by the Constitutional Court. There are a total of 18 laws pending review by the Constitutional Court, which makes no decision on these, but when it calls for temporary measures, the Serbian List says “25 days of 120 deputies of the Republic must find out.
Until the government works every day the Constitutional Court blocks reforms, it causes direct consequences for democracy, for citizens, for the country's development. The 5 Albanian opposition deputies from 52 are -- only 5, not even 10 per cent -- would have the deputy leader from the Serb community if Nenad Rascin voted. We have engaged with the opposition port parties”, Kurti said.
The complaint also had for the former AAK, PDK and LDK parties, which have made successive complaints at the Constitutional Court because, according to him, these parties used the court to block the process.
Kurti charged that most Constitutional judges were appointed in PAN's time, and that has influenced decisions not to be made over time
Very absurd, even very harmful. From the beginning to the election of Dimal Basha chairman, of four and a half months, from mid-April to the end of August, there are delays by the Constitutional Court. A month and a half have been late to handle the AAK complaint, then the PDK and the LDK.
So two thirds of our time has been taken by the Constitutional Court. The immediate opposition there, do you know why? Because 5 out of its 7 judges were elected in 2018, in the time of PAN and Serbian List. We won the elections three times, they're back at the court, almost still in the year 2018”, he said.. /Periscopi/
