On Saturday, the Serbian List has announced it has complained in Constitutional, shortly before the launch of the Constituent session reports Klan Kosova, Trnasmeton Periscope .
The constitutional and democratic parliaments are heavily violated and the Serbian people are unable to exercise their guaranteed rights. We expect the Constitutional Court to react urgently and take all necessary measures to protect the rule of law, as well as the rights of the Serbian people in line with legal acts in force”, the Serbian Facebook List report said.
Otherwise, Nenad Rassic, the Serbian deputy who was the candidate for the deputy head of the Parliament, had not believed that the Serbian List had submitted such a complaint to the Constitutional.
