The Supreme Court's “Colegy has flatly rejected the political subject's complaint: The Vetevendosje (LVV) movement, presented against the Election Panel's decision on Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP), ZL.Anar.37/2025, dated 17.09.2025. P ZAP has rejected the complaint as unfounded ( ZL.Ar.37/2025), introduced by political subject Vetevendosje Movement, against political subject, the Serbian List, over claims of violations of the Code of Goodwill for Political Subjects, their supporters and candidates during the Local Election Campaign in the Republic of Kosovo, which will be held on October 12th 2025. The College of the Supreme Court, after assessing the legality of the controversial decision and after considering the paperwork, found: The complaint is unfounded. ”
The LVV had filed complaints to PZAP, saying the Serbian List during the opening gathering of the election campaign has exposed the slogan “za brata Milana”, thus expressing support for Milan Radojicic, who was declared in search of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as organising the terrorist attack in Banjska in 2023.
