Even former British diplomat John Stewart Duncan, who has launched his testimony today before the Special Court's Court in The Hague, said Hashim Thaci should consult with them on the deal, broadcast Clankosova.tv, follows Periscope
That, he said, was confirmed to Agim Ceku during a meeting with him in Tirana.
The real power in the UCK facility had regional commanders. This was confirmed by General Agim Ceku at the start of negotiating the agreement.
