In the October 12th elections, the mayors of many of the municipalities and other local policies will be able to be determined by the votes of citizens living abroad.
Among the 10 municipalities with the highest percentage of voters abroad in relation to the total number, none of them are municipalities of “large”. These include: Yunik (21.95%), Malisheva (10.59%), Mamusha (8.64%), Hani of Elez (6.67%), Istog (5.51%), Dragashi (5.34%), Decani (5.30%), Kacanik (4.15%), Entje (3.53%) and Kamenica (3.87%).
And even, in almost any of these 10 municipalities, but in all of them, the number of voters abroad for these elections is greater (or rough) than the difference in votes between the first two candidates in the 2021 local elections.
Therefore, in addition to the fact that the number of voters exceeds 2 million more than February 9th will be statistics and voting results abroad.
