Chief Ousmane has informed Mrs. Sahin with the progress the company has marked, projects and plans for the future. He has recalled that 10,000 new keys have been added to over 65 thousand consumers in 11 new neighbourhoods.

Counting the successes achieved, Chief Chef Osmani said that loose energy has increased by over 30 percent, increasing efficiency and reducing losses in the heating network.

At the same time, it has been invested in modernising the thermal infrastructure, providing adequate, sustainable and non-stop supply, the area covered with heating in residential and business areas has grown, and financial performance has been strengthened.
