Utah County Sheriff's spokesman, Sergeant Raymond Ormond, told TMZ that Tyler is in the Special Housing Unit under “Special Observation “while they work to determine whether he poses a risk to himself or others, with mental health professionals who estimate whether he's “the genocide<x>.
We don't know if he made any comments that he might be thinking of killing himself in prison... although law enforcement sources told us earlier Friday that Tyler allegedly told his father that he would rather die of suicide than surrender to police”, it is said among other things in the TMZ report.
