The Vetevendosje Movement candidate had invited citizens to participate in the campaign opening rally, but only a small number of citizens have responded to the call.
The rally was meant to begin at 1: 00 p.m., while, as local media reports in the town of Mitrovica, the rally had not even started at 2: 00 p.m., due to the small number of citizens.
A video published by Vervi.info distracts organisers by removing chairs in the absence of citizens.
So far in Mitrovica, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has ruled with Bedri Hamza, while in these elections the party's candidate is Arian Tahiri.
