KDI's Eugen Cakoli has criticised this party over the issue, saying it has not been practical so far for opening gatherings to be held before the official election campaign starts.
This year, such a rally was held by the Vetevendosje Movement. More than any organizational innovation, this is related to the fact that the prefundament period is legally unregulated, both in terms of the language used and in spending or other restrictions. The official campaign starts tomorrow, September 13th, and until then every political activity takes place outside any legal responsibility”.
This means that, for whatever happens in prefundament activities, neither the CEC nor the PZAP have the power to oversee, nor subsequently pronounce fines or sanctions, even in case of the language of the inflammatory/environmental hatred, or uncontrolled expenses”, Calcoli wrote on Facebook.
