Former Netherlands Ambassador Robert Bosch, in an address to the protest against the Special Court, acknowledged how they have consistently put pressure on Kosovo to establish the Special Court.

I'll share some thoughts and experiences. The first one when I was in Kosovo from 2010 to 2015, I had a lot of contacts with Thaci's government in particular.

And we as foreigners were then pushed by our governments to pressure the establishment of this special court.

Even though I didn't like it, because Serbs weren't being tried, I did my job.

And I remember when I talked to Thaci, I told him you don't have to worry.

Because if it's not a kangaroo court, you'll be free because of lack of evidence.

Lucky I was wrong, because this really didn't take me seriously.
