According to the police report, the victim was reportedly standing in the courtyard of his uncle until he was hit in the head by a stray bullet.
He was originally sent to QMF Cline and then to the Pec Regional Hospital for further treatment.
The case has been initiated as “Cause of the general risk”, while police have said they are investigating the case.
