“Mby the details, formats, meetings and topics of discussion, you will be informed at their conclusion”, the Free Europe Radio chief Kliman Kadiu, head of the Bislim cabinet, told Radio.
Serbia, meanwhile, has reportedly sent its chief negotiator, Petar Petkov.
Bislimi and Petkovic, under the mediation of the European Minister for Dialogue Peter Sorensen, are holding a joint meeting, as chief negotiators have previously held separate meetings with the European mediator, Serbian news agency Tanjug reported.
The new round of dialogue at the level of chief negotiators comes after European mediator for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Peter Sorensen remained in Kosovo and Serbia in August.
In Kosovo, he spoke with state leaders for, as stated, implementation of the Agreement on the road to normalisation of reports, also known as the Ohrid Agreement.
Kosovo and Serbia reached the Ohrid Agreement in 2023. Even though the agreement has not been signed, the European Union insists it is binding on both sides.

Although summits of the top negotiators have been held, no summit has been held in Brussels since September 2023. That meeting was held several days before a group of armed Serbs attacked the Kosovo Police in Zvecan Banjsk, killing a sergeant.
For this event, Kosovo blames Serbia, but Belgrade denies it has a finger on it.
On June 10th, after a meeting between chief negotiators, Sorensen warned that preparations were under way for a new high-level meeting.
