He said that for four years, whenever violations against the accused have been attempted, the excuse has been used that “is being intervened in justice”.
“In fact, this has been the mechanism to hide Kosovo's state failure and its institutions,” stressed Behrami.
According to him, former President Hashim Thaci and others were tortured at The Hague just because they had no state to protect them.
