He has suggested that Serbia poses a permanent risk to Kosovo's security even after the heroic fall of hero Africa Bulnjak, follows Periscope.
In his “profile Facebook”, Behram wrote that Kosovo should be careful in reports with the US.
Serbia has never changed its combative agenda with which it committed genocide in Kosovo. It poses a permanent threat to security, even after the heroic fall of hero Africa Bulnjak. Kosovo police showed professionalism in defending order and sovereignty two years ago, co-ordinating with the US and other Kosovo allies. Relations with the US remain determining for any future success, both in preserving peace and in strengthening Kosovo's international subjectivity. Glory to the hero Africa Bulnjak!
