Basha at a media conference said the state should not be blocked due to a deputy chairman's failure to be elected, adding that 4 have been chosen so far.

I've estimated not to block the state due to the election of the vice president but to continue with the work of the assembly because it's ezauru point 4. So I haven't been able to take any other step because the 10 candidates from the Serb community have signed the vote, but how the opposition has received enough votes.

Headship meetings are held when most members of the leadership are present, and I believe that with four members of me, five of us have enough correcting to follow a functional assembly.
