“The head of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament, Dimal Basha, has accepted today the Constitutional Court's decision concerning the deployment of the interim move in case no. CO265/25. Chairman Basha has authorised the administration to share it with all deputies of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly”, the announcement said.
Following the complaint by List Srpska, the Constitutional Court today ruled through which every act of elected deputies of the Republic of Kosovo is prohibited, as well as any procedure for forming the Government.
The court has ordered the provisional move to effect on September 5, 2025, in length until September 30th, 2025
