The former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, in Rubik in Kosovo, has spoken about the Kosovo Parliament blockade following the Constitutional decision in the case set by the Serbian List.
We remember that the issue is already stuck to the deputy leader of the Serb community.
Regarding recent developments, Hasan has declared that Kosovo's Parliament cannot be considered constitutionalised, despite the already elected chairman, Dimal Basha, has declared it to be such.
This is clear. It cannot be constitutionalised is as pure as the tear and the Constitution says, and three constitutional judgments --” -- Hasani said in Rubik.
Moreover, Hasani stressed that Basha cannot make any decision and that she has clear procedures that meet under the Constitution.
Besha is chairman of the uncontained assembly. Because the situation is that, he cannot make any decision. As president, only those with the Constitutions are clear administrative authorizations, can be received by delegation”.
The “E which is not the same case as the prime minister, as I have said from day one, if you're the prime minister in charge, they won't wait for you at the office. Not expecting friendly state officials and Euro-Atlantic structures means that you are not prime minister, but you are a usurper. From the day Kurti was sworn in and continued to exercise executive office, he and all others are usurpors”, Hasani said in Rubik.
