During the ceremony, KFOR personnel were honoured with NATO Medal “Non-Article 5” (this medal is given to soldiers serving in countries that are not part of NATO), as recognition of professionalism, dedication and their contribution to peace and stability in Kosovo.
Warre General Bardonini expressed his sincere gratitude for the decorated, praising their high sense of responsibility, ability and loyalty, in full compliance with the Alliance's values and spirit, KFOR reports.
KFOR said it continues to implement its mandate to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all communities living in Kosovo.
