The mayor of the Suhareka municipality and the candidate for a new mandate in the October elections, has announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Co-operation with the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo architects' Oda (OARK), represented by Mayor Kicyku Bridge.
This memorandum aims to create the basis for the development of joint projects in the field of sustainable spatial planning, architecture and urbanism, exploiting the OARK professional expertise and dedication of the Suhareka municipality.
The focus of the deal is: drafting strategic municipal plans, organising professional design contests, setting criteria for public projects, increasing transparency and quality in the field of urbanism, and developing projects that improve infrastructure and the lives of citizens.
“As always, the Suhareka municipality is advancing with professional services, quality and development of projects in the future”, the chairman stressed in his post on social networks.
This step is also seen as part of its commitment to deepening the modernisation of the municipality, on the eve of the race for a new mandate at the helm of Suhareka.
