Bajrami: Special Court Must Declare Innocent KLA

Bajrami, in his soon-to-be book, says that more than 50 pages have provided facts as well as international lawyers, international law professors who say the KLA was never a criminal organisation.

On the other hand, Bajrami says he has recently heard several credit witnesses -- one of them was Shen Berns, who has been with the KLA all along -- and he has better explained that we would never co-operate with an organisation like the NLA has been, if we observed that there was a criminal plan.

“Facebook, during September we will have autochthon witnesses, true, who have been our partners in the statehood process, with which we have worked together and co-ordinated everything, including the Declaration of Independence”, Bajrami told RTK.

He further underlined that he continues to believe that this court, being the European court, composed of high-level judges, will be brought to the side of justice, which will not make politics but judge justice.

I am firmly convinced, even as a career lawyer, that if the court is guided by those principles, it will bring about an excusing act that would free all the accused there, remove the new blackʹatos that once said at the moment of the founding, which would clear U. The CK and I wish it would open a positive perspective for Kosovo, so that even those states, which so far have been reluctant to recognise Kosovo, would accept it as an equal partner in the international community”, Bajrami said.
