He has suggested that Ruby's testimony constituted an authentic confession of the American government on the fair fight of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
In his account in “Facebook”, Bajrami wrote that Rubin has overturned the conspiracy of the prosecution filed by the Prosecutor's Office for the so-called “joint criminal enterprise”.
This testimony was historical because it constituted an authentic tale of the American Rubin and the government over the fair fight of the Kosovo Liberation Army. With powerful and uncontested arguments, Rubin brought down the conspiracy of the prosecution filed by the Prosecutor's Office for the so-called “joint criminal enterprise”. During his three-day testimony, Rubin authenticly pointed to President Hashim Thaci's role in building peace and establishing strategic partnerships with NATO and Western states. Being one of the members of the Kosovo delegation at the Rambouillet Conference, in the quality of the legal adviser, I appreciate that this testimony will convince the juro to restore the court process to its real foundation, to rely solely on the justice and truth Ruby displayed in these three days”, he wrote, expressing optimism also on the testimony of Poll Williams, who began today.
I am sure that even my friend in Rambouille, Paul Williams, with whom we worked three weeks in Rambouillet, will give authentic evidence of the truth of Rambouille and Thaci's role in the process. If a fair and impartial judgment is intended, I have deep conviction as a career lawyer that this process will be concluded with a liberal act of justice”, he wrote.
