Since the 1950 ' s, Paracetamoli has been considered a known and used global medicine for pain. Current medical guidelines in the United States say taking this nonprescription medication during pregnancy is harmless.
However, the American president and his minister of health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., they're questioning this. They see a link between taking “Tylenol” during pregnancy and autical spectrum disorders in newborns.
According to “Politico”, which refers to the two senior government officials, Trump will declare that Paracetamoli during pregnancy should be taken mostly in case of high fever. With such a statement, for the first time, a government would establish a direct link between Paracetamoli and autism.
“Autism has gotten completely out of control”
Trump and Kennedy want to address the issue of autism with priority. Kennedy is convinced that environmental poisonings in the US have caused a “pidim autism”.
Since last week, Trump with the words “Autism has been completely out of control” drew attention to this subject. At the memorial ceremony for activist Charlie Kirk, Trump said on the platform that “has been found a response to autism”.
Earlier, White House spokesman Kush Desai had said that “identification would represent a historic progress” in the fight against increasing US autism cases.
According to “Washington Post”, the government plans to examine the drug against cancer “Leuchovorin” as a possible therapy for people with autism.
