(9 months ago)Today, the Assembly of the Kosovo Parliament's Headship, called by Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha, has been held, with the only point of the agenda, the consultancy among political parties over actions following the non-election of the fifth deputy leader from the ranks of the Serb minority. The Democratic Party of Kosovo [...] did not attend this meeting.
The Kosovo Democratic Party (PDK), the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) did not attend this meeting. On the other hand, the deputy chairman of the Parliament by Vetevendosje, Albulen Haxhiu, and the deputy head of non-Serb minorities, Emily Rexhepi, follows Periscope.
The PDK and LDK had warned the boycott, stressing that the previous session has been illegally concluded, as the Assembly has not been fully constitutionalised without the election of all vice-presidents.
