Arthur Bashim was killed as revenge for his brother, details revealed by investigations

The 47-year-old Djirokastra assassination, Arthur Basimi, in central Athens on 18 August, was found to be a paid murder with a 27-year-old Greek author.

The testimony of a woman was essential to the issue, as she told authorities that the perpetrators she knew had asked her to park the engine at the entrance of her apartment building in early June. When she returned on August 20, the engine had disappeared.

Arthur Bashim was released from prison in Hania on April 1st and charged with criminal organisation, robbery, theft and money laundering. In 2022 he was imprisoned in the Malandrino prison.

A friend, after his murder, revealed to the authorities that the 47-year-old, shortly before his execution, had told him that his brother, Marcel Bashim, who was in the Tricalla prison, had been involved in an incident and had told him to be careful. The victim's brother was involved in another incident in the past, this time in Coridallos, with authorities not rule out the possibility that the order for the death contract was issued by a prisoner.

In fact, the victim's imprisoned brother claimed authorities that the purpose of his murder was to damage his <x0-moral”.

Arthur Bashim results to be the brother of 38-year-old Marcel Baselis Marcel presey alias Marcel Gozhita, a person with serious criminal precedents in Greece and Albania.

Marcel Bashim in July 2022 was arrested along with Bledar Jambell and Christaq Lecin as authors of a serious arms-use event in Greece. Leci's Jambell is charged in Albania as author of the murder of Commissioner Artan Cuk.

In the afternoon of January 22nd, 2022, the 13-year-old Albanian bandit with 13 surnames and 10 names, 42-year-old Bledar Jambeli, 35-year-old Albanian with three surnames, Marcel Basimi, and 34-year-old Albanian surnamed Christaq Leci, and two unknown persons, have joined a group in order to meet two Albanians in the Vuola oven, perhaps to resolve their financial differences.

All Albanians are sitting in Vuola's cafe, at a table outside, where they talked about the reason for the meeting. The two unknown persons -- who accompanied the accused, following an Albanian gesture -- have drawn very close to each other, taking visible security measures. Immediately, the support group of six Greeks and Albanians has approached, which has stood outside the furnace.

At 17:30, the 34-year-old Albanian has punched his Albanian opponent. Later, the victim, realizing that the two Albanian defendants were armed, intervened and tried to stop 34-year-old Leci by embracing him, but that the latter has fled and started to attack him, stab him. At that moment, the two unknown attackers have approached and participated in the attack, where both had bars and other items in their hands. Immediately, the support group of Greeks and Albanians, who have punched the unknown person, who had his staff in hand. Later, Leci has shot an Albanian, causing the latter to fall to the ground injured.

Of the shooting of the cruel bandit, 34-year-old Leci, an Albanian was left injured in the head, who immediately went into the store to hide. Meanwhile, the 34-year-old has continued to stab the victim and then has stabbed the second Albanian, who was lying on the ground several times. This was followed by a fierce clash with the victim's support group, which intervened and threw out chairs in the direction of the 34-year-old Albanian, who, as taught, “has repeatedly stabbed his co-ordinator”.

The injured man has left the scene, while his friend has stayed in the country, where he has been shot by firearms from the two Albanians. After the bloody scene, two Albanianmen boarded a taxi and left while the other escaped on foot, along with the two unknown authors. Following the escape of three Albanians and two others, one of the injured has returned to the site of the event, where he was lying and bleeding his friend, but at the same time two Albanian defendants have returned, where one shot the Albanian again, wounding him in the womb. He fell to the ground immediately, but then he got away.

The opening of phone calls has revealed the account of the 34-year-old Albanian, who, reportedly in the file, “has held a telephone conversation with a fellow traveler, among other things, has said that an unknown person intended to dig up 5 thousand euros and that otherwise would stab him with a”. “... I'll fuck him, stab him later. After that, I'm gonna stab her, I'm gonna stab my sister. Just for the inconvenience... ”, it's one of the phone conversations.

Marcel Bashami, from “Manalat” Gjirokastra, was arrested in November 2014 for the violent theft of a 20-year-old in Lazarat. He robbed his cell phone at the knife threat while the young woman was returning from the cemetery.

In Greece:

On the date 14,06.2007 was arrested by the effectiveness of Filat's 2nd Border Police Department, charged with violating the law 3386/05 “For foreigners”.

On 2608.2013, he was arrested by employees of the Trikala Security Department with the intention of being expelled from the country, as he was considered dangerous to the country's order and public safety and lacked legal documents for staying in Greece.

To him, on the date 04.08.2019, by the Security Department “Agios Pantelimon” charges have been filed against “for falsification of the ID to”. Specifically, during the search conducted by Acine/Ekipi Police DIAS, he has shown a document of dubious authenticity legalising his stay in the country. On 11.08.2019, an indictment was filed against him by the Security Department “Agios Pantelimon”, charged with breaking the Law on “Armat”, after being captured by Athens Police/ The DISA team, carrying a gun in a bag and in the pants pocket, a folded knife.

Against him on the 2708.2021 Police Directorate's side of the Agios Pantheleimo was filed with an accusation of violation of the Law for “Armat”. Also, the Athens police officers, as they approached him to arrest him, have deliberately attacked them against arrest.

By 11.02.22, files have been filed by Athens' Deputy Security Director for a total of 41 defendants, of whom thirty-30 are arrested, including this person for <x0 criminal organisations, distinguished cases of theft and robbery committed and attempted accession and the elimination of crime products.
