Arifi: Kurti's thinking and his circle representing America as an enemy of the rule of law in Kosovo, false and harmful

Former diplomat Avni Arifi has reacted sharply to VV) President Albin Kurti, following his comments concerning the United States and punishing Kosovo with the indefinitely suspension of Strategic Dialogue.
