Former diplomat Avni Arifi expects the Court to establish that the Parliament has not been consistent, but is sceptical that there may be institutions forming taken into account, as LVV's stance on the Serbian List says, and that it does not withdraw the latter from its candidate for deputy leader Slvako Sivri.
According to him, the solution should be in line with the court's decisions and that the LVV should bring the responsibilities as the first party of the elections to a conforme.
I don't think we'll have new institutions on what Kurt and VV officials have said. There will be disregard for the court's decision, and one thing is known that there will be no constitutionality in the assembly unless the vice presidential yoke. The Serbian list has its own candidate decided not to vote, then we have institutions and I expect continued blockades. There's no other reason for taking temporary measures to be a law expert without what the constitution says. The solution should be to conform court decisions to the constitution to proceed. The Constitutional Court's interim move, which prohibits any action by MPs and any procedure for forming the government, is in force until September 30th until the decision about the assembly's consistance is expected after considering the request of the Serbian List.

Researchers Melos Kolshi says the assembly is not consistent, and without the election of even a deputy head of minorities cannot proceed with government creation.
