Anti-special protest: The voice that captured The Hague today

With red flags, banners and calls for justice, diaspora and citizens from Kosovo joined a protest organised by the Albanian exile, with support from the KLA War Veterans Organisation (OVL-UÇK). All this was done against Specialised Chambers and The Hague Specialised Prosecutor's Office, also known as the Special Court.
OVL-KLA leader Hysni Gucati said that from The Hague calls on Europe that “not allow justice to be transformed into a political instrument”.
According to him, The NLA never fought for power, but for freedom.
“Justice should be the same”, he said, adding that Serbs who committed crimes “enjoy freedom”.
“Director for Deliverers, freedom for our historic right”, he said.
Former Dutch Ambassador to Kosovo Robert Bosch, who had served in Kosovo at the time the Special was established, said that the world had been instructed by his government to pressure to establish this court.
Bosch told protesters he didn't like this idea “because it seemed pointless that Serbs were not tried by this court, but I did my job”.
I remember when I met Thaci, he was worried. But, I said, you don't have to worry because judgment is fair you'll be free because of the lack of evidence”, Bosch said.
Ex-partor of The KLA, at the same time, co-organizer of the protest, Fatmir Koci, said the KLA was neither aggressive nor invading, but said that today the former KLA leaders are being tried “on baseless charges”.
We will never accept this injustice against them”, he said.
The protest at The Hague was held a day before the protection of former KLA leaders began presenting its evidence and witnesses.
Otherwise, US Assistant Secretary of State James Rubin will begin his testimony before Special on 15 September to protect former KLA leaders.
Thaci's defence has declared that 11 witnesses learning to call to give their testimony at open hearings.
We remember, from November 4th and November 5, 2020, the four accused are in custody at The Hague, where the Specialised Chambers of Kosovo are.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office had confirmed the indictment against former KLA leaders in October 2020, but made it public just a month later.
The instance charges the accused with responsibility “Personal”, but also for “acres committed by their dependents”.
According to the indictment, Thaci, Weselini, Selimi and Krasniqi are charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes, including the murder of more than 100 victims, as well as the illegal detention and torture of hundreds of victims. /Periscope/
