Among other things, he also says Thaci in Rambouille has wanted to accept an agreement without independence.

James Ruby, relating his experience, testified that the KLA war was fair, but it also revealed some truths different from those that have been served to the public for 25 years.
1. Hashim Thaci now turns out he has not been commander or leader of KLA, but Agim Ceck. So let's recognize this role and value to General Ceku, who was denied in the war even after the war.
2. Our delegation to Rambouille in front of Thaci has been willing to accept an agreement that does not mention independence, but that fortunately has been pressured by KLA commanders and fighters on the ground to reject a solution that does not contain within the document independence in perspective.
3. That it has been accepted responsibility for any crime that could be committed after the war ended on its behalf.
